Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Normal processing time is 1–3 business days.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.
Delivery time: Usually 2-5 business days, depending on where you live.
Carrier: We use Posten/Bring/Helthjem for safe and fast delivery.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
If your package is delayed or damaged during transport, please contact us – we will be happy to help you.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive your order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
